Anyone who reaches out to Principlesshop Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes, prices and standards, and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Principlesshop Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and what result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any step we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for another review. You may also contact your state consumer protection agency, your state attorney general or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
